Dried fruits contain about two/third carbohydrates, have a low protein content and a high amount of fibre. A moderate intake of raisins and #nuts is fine for an active and fit person with or without #diabetes

Nuts will for sure make you wake as fast as you can on your way to the bathroom in no time. However, They are rich in fats and calories and fibres too, of course, which means they must be consumed sensibly regularly.
