Add olive oil and garlic in a saucepan and fry for 2-3 minutes over medium to high heat. Add mushrooms, chicken broth, white wine, salt and black pepper. Stir to season evenly. Add heavy cream to the saucepan and stir. Set the heat to high and bring to a boil. After boiling, add pasta. Stir the pot constantly. 2. Add spinach to pasta and stir until spinach is cooked through. Add Parmesan cheese and stir. Cook pasta for 10-12 minutes or until pasta is cooked to your liking. 3. Garnish with grated Parmesan .
