CEO Michael #Sonnenshein released a statement defending #Grayscale's decisions and #charges.

The lawsuit #specifically named Grayscale CEO Michael #Sonnenshein as a defendant in the case.

The bankrupt #cryptocurrency trading firm also made claims against Grayscale CEO Michael #Sonnenshein, Grayscale owner Digital Currency Group (DCG) and the group’s CEO Barry Silbert. 

#Sonnenshein’s opinion piece comes as Grayscale is suing the SEC for having “#arbitrarily denied.”
