Can you "forgive and forget" anyone who offence you before? This is absolutely hard things to do. Even a computer file you have deleted, you can still find it at recycle bin. If recycle bin deleted, you still can use a special software to recover. It's just like our brain, it keeps a lot of history. You can recall any time. But I don't want to hold grudge with anyone. It doesn't good to my mind and soul. It is also against my spiritual life. Sometimes, it is good to be a forgetful person. So you can absolutely forget those unpleasant memory and restart the relationship. But can we pick and choose what to forget? I don't want to lost memory of good experience. How about you?
