To use the PS5's web browser, which is not a fully functional feature but can still be accessed, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the PS5 home screen and select Settings.
  2. Scroll down to Users and Accounts, then choose Link with Other Services.
  3. Click on Twitter and Link Account. If you don't have a Twitter account, create one.
  4. After linking your Twitter account, you'll be taken to the Twitter login page. Enter your account details.
  5. Once logged in, you can access external sites like YouTube, Reddit, and Tom's Guide through Twitter links.

Alternatively, you can use the following method without Twitter:

  1. Go to Settings, then System, and select Web Browser.
  2. Turn on Enable JavaScript and Allow Cookies.
  3. Return to Settings and select Network, then View PlayStation Network Status.
  4. Scroll down to the YouTube logo and click it.
  5. Sign in to your Google account.
  6. Click on Google Apps near your account profile.
  7. Select Search from the Google App.

This method allows you to access websites through the Google website. Keep in mind that the PS5's web browser is not optimized for images, videos, and audio, and it may struggle with these content types.
